We met with a realtor to sell our investment property. We were given a price they felt our house was worth. We also interviewed Tracey her price to market our house was significantly higher. We were shown how she came up with price and how our house would be marketed. Tracey sold our house in under a week for $40,000.00 more than we were originally told the house was worth. Our transaction was smooth and fast. Tracey kept us informed every step of the way and was always available to answer questions.
